Let's get started.
#1 El Rincón del Mercado in Myr Hotels
A stone's throw away from the Mercado Central is the Plaza Mercado Hotel & Spa, which extends its fine Mediterranean cuisine to breakfast in a chic atmosphere.
It currently offers an a la carte breakfast, but also a very complete “Mediterranean breakfast” with cold delights such as salmon and avocado muffin, and hot dishes like eggs made to order.

The breakfasts could be summarized with two adjectives: delicious and varied. Its menu contains everything from stuffed croissants, pancakes and eggs prepared in a dozen ways, to healthy smoothies and the finest coffees and teas.
The restaurant has large windows and is decorated in a modern and minimalist style that beckons you to stay for a while.

It has three locations: two in the center and the main one in Alboraya. Its products are equally good in all of them, but to get that added Valencia feel, we recommend the one in Alboraya. It makes for a perfect combination bike ride and tour through Valencia's farmland.

And since we're talking about Daniel having a space in the Mercado de Colón, we'll take this opportunity to introduce this location where starting your day off is like having all of Valencia for breakfast, because it is one of its most representative places.
There, under its modernist roof, you can have an authentic organic horchata breakfast in Casa Orxata. It's open Monday to Thursday and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on Fridays and Saturdays until 11:30 PM, serving lunch and dinner in addition to breakfast, like the other establishments in the market.
You can also start the day at Mi Cub, where they proudly make all their dishes using local, seasonal products. As you can imagine, its breakfast menu includes Valencian orange juice, Perelló tomatoes and sourdough bread. It's open every day from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
